SUBDIVISION, CONSOLIDATION AND OTHER MODIFICATIONS OF UNITS. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Master Deed or the Bylaws, Units in the Condominium may be subdivided, consolidated, modified and the boundaries relocated, in accordance with Sections 48 and 49 of the Act and this Article; such changes in the affected Unit or Units shall be promptly reflected in a duly recorded amendment or amendments to this Master Deed.
