Unit or Units definition

Unit or Units means the units of the Company, each Unit comprised of one share of Common Stock and one redeemable Warrant to acquire one share of Common Stock at a price of $11.50 per share.

More Definitions of Unit or Units

Unit or Units means one or more of the 335 hotel condominium units created at the Project in connection with the Building Conversion.
