Common use of Subdivision of Rights Clause in Contracts

Subdivision of Rights. This Right (as well as any new Rights issued pursuant to the provisions of this paragraph) is exchangeable, upon the surrender hereof by the Holder hereof, at the principal office of the Company for any number of new Rights of like tenor and date representing in the aggregate the right to subscribe for and purchase the number of Common Shares of the Company which may be subscribed for and purchased hereunder.

Subdivision of Rights.
