Common use of Subdivision of the Lands Clause in Contracts

Subdivision of the Lands. 3.7.1 Subdivision applications shall be submitted to the Development Officer in accordance with the Regional Subdivision By-law following Land Registration of this Agreement and the Development Officer shall grant subdivision approval subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 3.7.2 Subdivision of the existing dwellings at 000 Xxxxxxx Xxxx Road and 874/000 Xxxxxxx Xxxx Road from the Lands identified on Schedule B shall be permitted through this Agreement and in accordance with the provisions of the Regional Subdivision By-law.
