Subgrants. A. Subgrantee must perform all duties contemplated by this Subgrant Agreement. None of Subgrantee’s duties or actions pursuant to this Subgrant Agreement may be subcontracted, nor shall this Subgrant Agreement be assigned, or any subawards made by Subgrantee, without the prior express written authorization of Grantor.
