Subject of this DPA. In the course of rendering the Services under the Agreement, Service Provider handles personal data with regard to which Customer acts as the controller in terms of applicable data protection law (hereinafter referred to as “Customer Personal Data”). This DPA specifies the data protection rights and obligations of the Parties in connection with the Service Provider’s activities of processing Customer Personal Data.
