Subject to 14. 9.2.1 and unless agreed otherwise between Patties Foods and employee, an employee may commence parental leave at any time within six weeks immediately prior to the expected date of birth.
Subject to 14. 2.1, the Client shall have the right to change his/her mind and cancel his/her Investment within 14 days of being notified by the Custodian that the Investor’s Application Form has been accepted. If an Investor wishes to cancel, the Investor must post to the Custodian his/her notice of cancellation on or before the 14th calendar day after receipt of notification that his/her Application Form has been accepted. The Investor is entitled to have repaid to his/her any money the Investor has paid to the Custodian, subject to a deduction of the amount, if any, by which the value of the Investments has fallen at the time at which cancellation form is processed by the Custodian”.
c. A new clause 14.2.1 shall be inserted in the Investor Agreement after clause 14.2 as follows:
14.2.1 The Client shall not have the right to change his/her mind and cancel his/her Investment in accordance with clause 14.2 above where shares in EIS
Subject to 14. 3.2.1 above, the salary of the employee will be frozen until the salary of the redeployed position equates to the pre-deployed salary and will continue for a period of five years from the date of redeployment.
Subject to 14. 1.3, in this clause, spouse includes a de facto or former spouse.
Subject to 14. 5.1, the employer may enter into an agreement with the member regarding the commercial exploitation of an original work for which the member holds the copyright.
Subject to 14. 8.7 a full-time employee means a permanent employee who regularly works 38 ordinary hours a week and reasonable additional hours as required. 14.7 Part-time employee
14.7.1 Subject to 14.8.7 a part-time employee means a permanent employee who regularly works for less than 38 hours a week.
(a) Where a part-time employee is employed, the employer will engage the employee for a minimum of 9 ordinary hours and a maximum of 37 ordinary hours per week.
