Common use of Subject to Applicable Regulations Clause in Contracts

Subject to Applicable Regulations. This Agreement and all Transactions are subject to Applicable Regulations so that: a) nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or restrict any obligation which we have to the Client under Applicable Regulations; b) The Company may take or omit to take any action considered necessary to ensure compliance with any Applicable Regulations; c) all Applicable Regulations and whatever the Company does or fails to do in order to comply with them will be binding on the Client; and d) such actions that the Company may take or fail to take for the purpose of compliance with any Applicable Regulations shall not render the Company or any of its directors, officers, employees liable.
