Subject to Clauses 4. 1.1 and 4.1.5, in no event shall either Party be liable to the other for any: 4.1.4.1 loss of profits; 4.1.4.2 loss of business; 4.1.4.3 loss of revenue; 4.1.4.4 loss of or damage to goodwill; 4.1.4.5 loss of savings (whether anticipated or otherwise); and/or 4.1.4.6 any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage.
