Subject to Government Regulation. Neither Agent nor Lessor will become, solely by reason of entering into the Operative Documents or consummation of the transaction contemplated thereby (other than the exercise of remedies under this Lease), subject to ongoing regulation of its operations by a Governmental Agency (except with respect to bank regulations) will be required to qualify to do business in any jurisdiction.
