Common use of Subject to Inspection Clause in Contracts

Subject to Inspection. All performance (including services, materials, supplies and equipment furnished or utilized in the performance of this Agreement, and workmanship in the performance of services) shall be subject to inspection and test by the County at all times during the term of this Agreement. Grantee shall cooperate with any inspector assigned by the County to permit the inspector to determine whether Grantee’s performance conforms to the requirements of this Agreement. County shall perform such inspection in a manner as not to unduly interfere with Grantee’s performance.
