Sublease and Assignment. LESSEE may sublease, assign or transfer rights and privileges under this lease only upon prior written consent of the BOARD. The BOARD shall not unreasonably withhold such consent. The BOARD may request an opportunity to re- negotiate any provisions of this lease with the LESSEE’s assignee, sublessee, or transferee as a condition of consent.
