Common use of Sublease of Subleased Premises Clause in Contracts

Sublease of Subleased Premises. Sublandlord subleases to Subtenant, and Subtenant subleases from Sublandlord, the Subleased Premises, subject and pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Sublease. After completion of the Subtenant’s Improvements, Sublandlord shall confirm to Subtenant in writing the Rentable Area of the Subleased Premises using the measurement standards set forth in the Prime Lease .

Sublease of Subleased Premises. Sublandlord subleases does hereby sublease to Subtenant, and Subtenant subleases does hereby sublease from Sublandlord, for the Term (as hereinafter defined) and upon the conditions hereafter provided, the Subleased Premises, subject and pursuant . Sublease of Subleased Premises. Sublandlord hereby subleases to Subtenant, and Subtenant subleases hereby takes from SublandlordSublandlord the Subleased Premises and agrees to be bound by all rights and obligations of Sublandlord as Tenant under the Master Lease, as such apply to the Subleased Premises, subject and pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Sublease. After completion of the Subtenant’s Improvements, Sublandlord shall confirm to Subtenant in writing the Rentable Area of the Subleased Premises using the measurement standards set forth in the Prime Lease .
