Common use of Sublease Subordinate Clause in Contracts

Sublease Subordinate. This Sublease is subordinate and subject to all of the terms and conditions of the Master Lease. If the Master Lease terminates for any reason whatsoever, this Sublease shall terminate concurrently, and the parties hereto shall be relieved of any liability thereafter accruing under this Sublease, except for the liabilities of the parties which by the terms of this Sublease survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Sublease.

Sublease Subordinate. This Sublease is subordinate and subject to all of the terms and conditions of the Master Lease. If the Master Lease terminates for any reason whatsoever, this Sublease shall terminate concurrently, and the parties hereto shall be relieved of any liability thereafter accruing under this Sublease; provided, except however, that the foregoing shall not be deemed to relieve either party of liability for the liabilities of the parties which by the terms of its failure to perform its obligations under this Sublease survive if the expiration or earlier termination of this SubleaseMaster Lease terminates due to such a failure.
