Common use of Sublet Profits Clause in Contracts

Sublet Profits. Except as provided in Paragraph 24.5, if the Rent received by Tenant from any Sublet, after first deducting any legal fees, brokerage commissions and tenant improvement costs incurred by Tenant in connection with the Sublet, exceeds the Rent payable by Tenant under this Lease, Tenant shall pay fifty percent (50%) of such excess to Landlord monthly as Additional Rent.
