Common use of Sublicences Clause in Contracts

Sublicences. The Licensor transfers to the Licensee the rights and authorises the Licensee to grant further sub- licences only under the terms of the Creative Commons BY-NC-SA (Attribution-Non-Commercial-Share- Alike) public licence annexed to this agreement.
