Common use of Sublicensing Limits Clause in Contracts

Sublicensing Limits. No license rights granted pursuant to this Agreement are sublicenseable. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either Party may use third-party web hosts or web integrators, but all actions or failures to act of the web hosts or web integrators, as the case may be, that would be a breach of this Agreement, were the actions or failures to act taken by the applicable Party, will be deemed a breach of this Agreement.
