Sublicensing Permitted Clause Samples

Sublicensing Permitted. The Company is permitted to sub-license Affiliates and non-affiliated or non-controlled parties, on the same terms and conditions of this License Agreement. The Company has no right to encumber any contractual, legal or equitable rights the Company may have against any Affiliate or sub-licensee in favour of any financial institution or any third party whatsoever.
