Submission of bills. The Contractor shall submit the bill for the work carried out within 15 days from the date of completion of the work to the respective executing department. If the Contractor fails to submit their bills to concerned executing department for the completed works/ running bill within 15 days, penalty or action as shown below will be taken for each delayed bill.
