SUBMISSION OF COST REPORTS. 4.1. The PROVIDER, when delineated by the DEPARTMENT shall furnish the DEPARTMENT or its AUTHORIZED AGENTS with such financial reports, audited or certified cost statements, and other substantiating data as necessary to establish a basis for reimbursement or as required by regulation. 4.2. Cost statements or other data are to be furnished no later than 150 (one hundred- fifty) calendar days following the closure of the PROVIDER’S fiscal accounting period. Failure to comply with this provision will result in suspension of payment until the required statements and other data are provided.
