Submission of Customer Data. Customer represents and warrants that it has the right to submit the Customer Data to the Cloud Service. Customer acknowledges that, as part of its obligations to comply with applicable law, it is responsible for obtaining the requisite consents and preferences for the use of the Customer Data, including the use of the Protected Data contained in Customer Data.
