Submission of Monthly Bills. The contractor shall submit the running monthly bills within 1st week of the following month to the executing department for verification and recommendations. After the completion of the entire job including clearance of the site to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge, final bill shall be submitted for verifications by Engineer-in charge. In case the contractor fails to submit the bill by the last day of the following month, a penalty of 1% of the billed amount for every month of delay or part thereof subject to minimum of Rs.1000.00 Plus GST as applicable shall be recovered from the bill.
