Common use of Submission of Pay Applications or Invoices Clause in Contracts

Submission of Pay Applications or Invoices. No more frequently than once per month, A/E shall submit a Pay Application to TFC for services performed and reasonable and necessary costs and expenses incurred through the last day of the previous month. TFC agrees to pay A/E in accordance with Chapter 2251 of the Texas Government Code, also known as the “Prompt Payment Act.”
