Submission of Sublease Documentation to Declarant. In the event any qualified Owner wishes to sublease his Condominium to a qualified person pursuant to Subparagraphs (a)(1) through (4) immediately above, the Owner shall first provide to Declarant proof reasonably satisfactory to them that the proposed sublessee is a qualified person under Article XIII. To be binding, leases for periods during which the qualified Owner is absent must be submitted to Declarant for approval in accordance with all the provisions of the restrictions set forth herein. The consent or denial of approval of such leases shall be granted or denied by Declarant within two weeks of receipt.
