Common use of SUBMISSION OF TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS TO THE ENGINEER IN- CHARGE Clause in Contracts

SUBMISSION OF TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS TO THE ENGINEER IN- CHARGE. Contractor shall submit following documents to the Engineer In-charge for verification purpose of the invoice: • Measurement sheets along with joint record of work done in the form of joint inspection report duly signed by authorized representative of Contractor and GIPCL’s Engineer In- charge. The Invoice will not be entertained without submission of above documents.
