Common use of SUBMISSION OF TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS TO THE ENGINEER IN- CHARGE Clause in Contracts

SUBMISSION OF TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS TO THE ENGINEER IN- CHARGE. Contractor shall submit following documents to the Engineer In-charge for verification purpose of the invoice:  Measurement sheets along with joint record of work done in the form of joint inspection report duly signed by authorized representative of Contractor and GIPCL Engineer. The Invoice will not be entertained without submission of above documents.
