Common use of Submission to Arbitration Clause in Contracts

Submission to Arbitration. If the grievance is unresolved following Department of Administrative Services review, the Union may submit in writing the grievance to arbitration. To be valid, a request for arbitration must be in writing and received by the Department of Administrative Services within fifteen (15) calendar days after the STEP 3 response was due or received.
