Submission to Jurisdiction and Waiver of Immunity. (a) The Borrower irrevocably: (i) submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts of the State of New York located in New York City; (ii) consents to service of process by mail or in any other manner permitted by the relevant law; and (iii) waives any objections on the grounds of venue or forum non conveniens or any similar ground.
