SUBMISSION TO JURISDICTION OF COURT AND ACKNOWLEDGMENTS. On behalf of myself (ourselves) and each of my (our) heirs, agents, executors, trustees, administrators, predecessors, successors and assigns, I (we) submit this Proof of Claim under the terms of the Settlement Agreement described in the Notice. I (We) also submit to the jurisdiction of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois with respect to my (our) claim as a Class Member and for purposes of enforcing the releases set forth herein. I (We) further acknowledge that I am (we are) bound by and subject to the terms of any judgment that may be entered in the Action. I (We) agree to furnish additional information to the Claims Administrator to support this claim (including transactions in other Camping World securities) if requested to do so. I (We) have not submitted any other claim covering the same purchases, acquisitions, or sales of Camping World publicly traded Class A common stock during the Class Period and know of no other person having done so on my (our) behalf.

I (We) agree to furnish additional information to the Claims Administrator to support this claim (including transactions in other Camping World securitiesStraight Path common stock) if requested to do so. I (We) have not submitted any other claim covering the same purchases, acquisitions, or sales of Camping World publicly traded Class A Straight Path common stock during the Settlement Class Period and know of no other person having done so on my (our) behalf.

I (We) I/we agree to furnish additional information to Lead Counsel or the Claims Administrator to support this claim (including transactions in other Camping World securities) if requested to do so. I (We) I/we have not submitted any other claim covering the same purchases, acquisitions, or sales of Camping World publicly traded Class A common stock AmTrust Preferred Stock during the Class Period and know of no other person having done so on my (our) my/our behalf. I/we have not requested exclusion from the Settlement.

I (We) agree to furnish additional information to the Claims Administrator Lead Counsel to support this claim (including transactions in other Camping World securities) if requested required to do so. I (We) have not submitted any other claim covering the same purchases, acquisitions, acquisitions or sales of Camping World publicly traded Class A Terex common stock during the Settlement Class Period and know of no other person Person having done so on my (our) behalf.
