Common use of SUBMISSIONS UPON COMPLETION Clause in Contracts

SUBMISSIONS UPON COMPLETION. a. Upon completion of any Tenant Work, Tenant shall submit to Landlord a permanent certificate of occupancy and final approval of any other governmental agencies having jurisdiction. b. A properly executed air balancing report, signed by a professional engineer, shall be submitted to Landlord upon completion of all mechanical work. Such report shall be subject to Landlord’s approval. c. Tenant shall submit to Landlord’s Representative a final “as-built” set of sepia drawings as well as electronic “as-built” drawings in AutoCAD Release 12, DXF format.
