Common use of Submittal of Reports Clause in Contracts

Submittal of Reports. a. Failure to submit the required reports with supporting documentation, or submitting reports that are incomplete and/or inaccurate, shall be considered non-compliant, as indicated in the Attachment “C” of this Contract, and may result in the withholding of payment.
