Submittals by Agency. At least two (2) days prior to the Closing, Agency shall submit into Escrow the following: (i) Two (2) originals of the Grant Deed, duly executed by Agency and acknowledged. (ii) Two (2) originals of the Memorandum of Agreement, duly executed by Agency and acknowledged.
