Agency’s Conditions. Agency’s obligation to close Escrow is conditioned upon the satisfaction or written waiver by Agency of each and every one of the conditions precedent (i) through (xi), inclusive, described below (the “Agency’s Conditions Precedent to Closing”), which are solely for the benefit of Agency, and which shall be satisfied or waived by the time periods provided for herein:‌

Agency’s Conditions. A breach of contract by the Agency is subject to Danish law. Operating loss, loss of profit or other indirect losses are not compensated. If the Agency defaults on its payment obligations under this Contract, the Supplier is entitled to interest in accordance with the regulations of the Overdue Payments Interest Act. The Supplier is also entitled to terminate the Contract in part to the Agency with effect for future payments if the Supplier has submitted a demand in writing to the Agency that the Agency has in a specified way defaulted on its payment obligations and that failure to pay within 30 days will result in the termination of the Contract with the Agency, if the Agency does not fulfill its payment obligations by the deadline. The Agency’s liability is maximized in the same way as the Supplier’s liability, see item0.
Agency’s Conditions. Provided that the failure of any condition to be satisfied is not due to Agency’s default under this Agreement, Agency’s obligation to sell the Property to Buyer on the Closing Date shall be conditioned upon the satisfaction, or Agency’s signed waiver, of each of the following conditions precedent on or before the Closing Date:

The condition causing the employee's apprehension of death or injury must be of such a nature that a reasonable person, under the circumstances then confronting the employee, would conclude that there is a real danger of death or serious injury and that there is insufficient time, due to the urgency of the situation, to eliminate the danger by resorting to regular statutory enforcement channels. In addition, in such circumstances, the employee, where possible, must also have sought from his Employer, and been unable to obtain, a correction of the dangerous condition.
