Subordinate Housing Set-Aside Costs of Issuance Fund. The Fiscal Agent shall establish, maintain and hold in trust the Subordinate Housing Set-Aside Costs of Issuance Fund. All money in the Subordinate Housing Set-Aside Costs of Issuance Fund shall be withdrawn and applied by the Agency or City to pay Costs of Issuance for the 2010 Bonds, upon submission of one or more Requisition of the Agency or City, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, filed with the Fiscal Agent, with a copy to the City or Agency. Each such Requisition shall be sequentially numbered, shall state the person to whom payment shall be made, the amount to be paid, the account within said fund from which the amount is to be withdrawn, the purpose for which such obligation was incurred, and that such payment is a

  • Refinancing Preparation Advance; Capitalizing Front-end Fee and Interest (a) If the Loan Agreement provides for the repayment out of the proceeds of the Loan of an advance made by the Bank or the Association (“Preparation Advance”), the Bank shall, on behalf of such Loan Party, withdraw from the Loan Account on or after the Effective Date the amount required to repay the withdrawn and outstanding balance of the advance as at the date of such withdrawal from the Loan Account and to pay all accrued and unpaid charges, if any, on the advance as at such date.
