Common use of Subordinated Principal Collections Clause in Contracts

Subordinated Principal Collections. On each Distribution Date, the Servicer shall apply, or shall cause the Indenture Trustee to withdraw from the Collection Account and apply, Subordinated Principal Collections with respect to such Distribution Date, in an amount equal to the lesser of the (a) Investor Percentage of all Collections of Principal Receivables received during the preceding Due Period and (b) the Monthly Subordination Amount for the preceding Due Period in accordance with the priority set forth in clauses (i) through (iii) of Section 4.04(a). On each Distribution Date, the Invested Amount shall be reduced by the amount of Subordinated Principal Collections for such Distribution Date.

On each Distribution Payment Date, the Invested Amount shall be reduced by the amount of Subordinated Principal Collections for such Distribution Payment Date.

On each Distribution Date, the Invested Amount shall be reduced by the amount of Subordinated Principal Collections for such Distribution Date.
