Subordination, Non-Disturbance and Attornment Agreements/Estoppel Certificates. (a) Grantor shall, within 10 days after Beneficiary’s request, furnish Beneficiary with a written statement, duly acknowledged, setting forth the sums secured by the Loan Documents and any right of set-off, counterclaim or other defense which exists against such sums and the Obligations.
