Common use of Subpoenas Directed to NuVox Clause in Contracts

Subpoenas Directed to NuVox. Where AT&T is providing to NuVox Telecommunications Services for resale or providing to NuVox the local switching function, then NuVox agrees that in those cases where NuVox receives subpoenas or court ordered requests regarding targeted telephone numbers belonging to NuVox customers, and where NuVox does not have the requested information, NuVox will advise the law enforcement agency initiating the request to redirect the subpoena or court ordered request to AT&T for handling in accordance with 9.1 above.
