Common use of Subprocessor Clause in Contracts

Subprocessor. For the purposes of this DPA, the term “Subprocessor” (sometimes referred to as the “Subcontractor” in this Agreement or “Service Provider” and “Third Party Service Provider” in Artsonia’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy) means a party other than LEA or Provider, who Provider uses for data collection, analytics, storage, or otherwise operate and/or improve its service, and who has access to Student Data. Subscribing LEA. A “Subscribing LEA” is an LEA that was not party to the original Service Agreement and who accepts the Provider’s General Offer of Privacy Terms.
