Subrogation Rights; No Duplication. (a) Any Indemnitor required to make a payment under this Article XII shall be subrogated, to the extent of such payment, to the rights of the entity to which such payment has been made for reimbursement or indemnification against third parties relating to the claim on which such payment has been based.
