Subscriber Account. To use the Service, Subscriber must purchase a subscription and register for an account with xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (hereinafter "Account") by completing the account registration for the Service. Subscriber agrees to: (a) provide true, accurate, complete, and current information about Subscriber as prompted by the account registration page(s); and (b) maintain and promptly update all such registration data to ensure it remains true, accurate, complete, and current. Subscriber further agrees to maintain in strict confidence Subscriber's username and password and to not share such username or password with any third party or allow another person to access the Service using Subscriber's username or password. In the event Subscriber becomes aware or suspects that Subscriber's username and/or password has been lost, compromised, or misused in any way, Subscriber shall immediately reset Subscriber’s credentials and notify Psych Select. Subscriber is fully and solely responsible for any and all use of the Service using Subscriber's username and password. Psych Select reserves the right to revoke Subscriber's Account at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, use of the Service that is inconsistent with the Terms.
Subscriber Account. To access the Services, whether paid or 30- day free trial, Subscriber must integrate Services with Azure Active Directory account. Functionalities of the Services are the same in the free and paid version of the Services. You acknowledge that Azure Active Directory may block or suspend Subscriber Account and in such event we are not able to grant you access to the Services.
Subscriber Account. PFSL will maintain, in accordance with the Applicable Government Grant Legislation, an account for, and in the name of, the Subscriber or Subscribers in which will be recorded:
(a) all the amounts paid into and out of the Plan by and to the Subscriber or Subscribers pursuant to sections 6, 10, and 12 hereof, the Beneficiary on whose behalf these payments were made and the date of receipt by PFSL of the contributions made to the Plan and whether such payments attracted payment or repayment of Government Grant monies;
(b) all the Government Grant monies paid into and out of the Plan pursuant to sections 6, 11 and 12 hereof, as well as the portion of Educational Assistance Payments paid to or on behalf of the Beneficiary pursuant to section 9 hereof that is attributable to Government Grant monies paid into the Plan;
(c) all the transfers made into and out of the Plan pursuant to section 12 hereof;
(d) all the investments and investment transactions made pursuant to sections 7 and 13 hereof;
(e) all the investment income, gains and losses earned or incurred by the Plan and all payments of such income and gains made to each Subscriber pursuant to subsection 9(d) hereof;
(f) all the amounts paid to or on behalf of the Beneficiary as an Educational Assistance Payment pursuant to subsection 9(a) hereof and the date of such payments;
(g) all the amounts paid to Designated Educational Institutions, to other trusts, or any other amounts paid to each Subscriber or at the Subscriber’s direction pursuant to subsections 9(b) to (d) hereof and the date of such payments;
(h) all fees, disbursements and other applicable charges payable pursuant to section 18 hereof; and
(i) such other information as PFSL or B2B may decide, or be required to keep by the Applicable RESP Legislation and the agreements between B2B and PFSL, respectively, and the Minister, from time to time. PFSL will forward to the Subscriber at least annually statements of the Plan showing all of the above information for the period from the date of the last statement to the date of the current statement. The valuation of the Plan Property provided on the statement will conclusively establish the market value of the Plan as of the statement’s date, provided that the Subscriber does not raise a valid concern about PFSL’s valuation or the statement PFSL sends the Subscriber within 180 days of receiving the statement. Subscriber Account. (a) Subscriber may receive a username, password, account reference, and various other account details. Subscriber is solely responsible for use of the Service and for ensuring their information is kept confidential. Subscriber must notify LINK BROADBAND immediately upon discovering any unauthorized use of their account.
(b) Subscriber acknowledges that usernames, passwords and IP addresses may change or be changed from time to time, and specifically that fixed IP addresses (where supplied) are not guaranteed.
Subscriber Account. Sparta will provide Subscriber an Account for managing, requesting access for, and granting access to its Users. Subscriber shall use the Account only to configure and administer TrackWise Digital in support of Subscriber’s use of TrackWise Digital and in accordance with this Agreement and the Documentation.

8.3 Subscribers must exercise due diligence in managing their own Account Information. Subscribers are liable for damages incurred for the Subscriber’s failure to manage his or her Account Information.
8.4 Subscribers are responsible for managing their password. If a Subscriber wish, the Subscriber can change it any time for security reasons; provided however, if requested by the Company, the Subscriber must authenticate himself/herself or submit the identification document required by the Company. 8.5 Subscribers are encouraged and reminded to change their password on a regular basis.
Subscriber Account. In the event TLS provides tools on the Website for Subscriber to utilize the Services, Subscriber shall create an account using such tools as directed by TLS. It will be Subscriber’s sole responsibility to maintain control of Subscriber’s user name, password and any information supplied by Subscriber in connection with the foregoing. TLS shall have the right to store, transmit, and monitor any information Subscriber provides to TLS in connection with the foregoing.
Subscriber Account. In order to buy on the TOJA App, you will have to register for an account by submitting the information requested on the TOJA App (a “Subscriber Account”). You represent and warrant that all information submitted during the registration process is, and will thereafter remain, complete and accurate. As between you and TOJA, you alone shall be responsible and liable for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Subscriber Account credentials, as well as for all activities that occur under or in the Subscriber Account. You must immediately notify TOJA in writing of any unauthorised access to, or use of, the Subscriber Account, or any other suspected or actual breach of security; but you also acknowledge that TOJA may be unable to remedy the damage or loss (or otherwise assist) in such scenarios. Personally identifiable information received during the Subscriber Account registration process will be stored and used by TOJA in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
