Terms of Access iWorQ grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable limited access to use iWorQ service(s), application(s) on iWorQ's authorized website for the fee(s) and terms listed in Appendix A. This agreement will govern all application(s) and service(s) listed in the Appendix A.
Terms of Access. ICE Trade Vault may amend the ICE Trade Vault Terms at any time by posting amendments on ICE Trade Vault’s website at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx and any such amendments will be prospectively binding on Participant, provided that ICE Trade Vault will provide at least two weeks’ prior notice, through electronic or other direct communication with Participant, of any such amendments that are likely to materially and adversely affect Participant or its rights or obligations hereunder. Participant’s use of the ICE Trade Vault Platform after the effective date of any such amendment shall constitute its ratification of and agreement to any such amendment. If ICE Trade Vault elects to require Participant to acknowledge and agree to an amendment, such amendment will not become effective until Participant has done so in the manner specified by ICE Trade Vault.

The Guest may have access to the unrestricted areas of Argonne in order to carry out discussions with members of the staff, to use books, periodicals, and documents in the libraries, and to attend lectures, seminars, and colloquia on the same basis as employees of Argonne. This access may include participation in specifically identified work under the direction and/or control of Argonne. Argonne may request the Guest to furnish a brief report regarding any such participation or use of facilities. The performance of the work will be under the general administrative supervision and control of Argonne. Guests collaborating with Argonne are subject to particular restrictions related to Foreign Government Talent Recruitment Programs, as defined and detailed in United States Department of Energy Order 486.1. By signing a Guest Researcher Agreement, a Guest is certifying that they are not participating in a foreign government talent recruitment program from a country of risk. If a Guest is personally receiving compensation from a foreign government–run or –funded program, that information must be promptly disclosed to XXX@xxx.xxx. Examples of compensation include cash, salary, research funding or equipment (unless under an approved DOE Agreement), reimbursed expenses (unless for DOE-approved travel), honorific title/award, honorarium, promised or anticipated future compensation, or other types of remuneration or consideration. Foreign government entities include country, regional, or local level foreign governments, and foreign government–run or –funded corporations, national laboratories, or universities.
Terms of Access. If a party accesses any land owned by the other party in accordance with this clause 8 then the provisions of Schedule 4 apply to that access.
Terms of Access. USA Ultimate grants the Producer non-exclusive access to the Events to record the Events. Access will be determined by an authorized USAU representative on a per Event basis and based on Event logistics. The Producer may be issued a USAU Media Access credential which must be displayed at all times when recording the Events. It is the responsibility of the Producer to discuss the level of field access available for each Event prior to commencement with the tournament director or his/her designated representative (please contact USA Ultimate for more information in this regard).

Provider shall provide access related to Clause I within 7 days following the subscription of this contract so that within this period Provider provides full access to the content of its database without any restrictions for the Authorized Users. Access to the Subscribed Products shall be confirmed by the use of Internet Protocol ("IP") address(es) indicated by the Subscriber at the signing of this contract or by Shibboleth- authentication mechanism. Resolution of any access issues is the Provider’s obligation.
