Participant shall ensure that each real estate and appraisal licensee affiliated with Participant, and each non- licensee affiliated with Participant who will have access to the TMLS System or TMLS Database, enters into a Subscriber agreement with TMLS. Participant is liable for all fees due under each Subscriber agreement.
