Each person signing below represents and warrants that he or she has all requisite power and authority to execute this Subscription Agreement (and through it, the Terms and Conditions of the Subscription Agreement) on behalf of Subscriber and agrees to provide evidence of such authority upon the Company’s request. This Subscription Agreement contains an arbitration clause in Section 9 of the attached Terms and Conditions of the Subscription Agreement.
