Common use of Subscriber Commissions Clause in Contracts

Subscriber Commissions. Participant agrees to make available for debit by HCC all Subscriber Commissions shown on billing statements as provided in Section 3.5. Participant hereby authorizes HCC to debit such Subscriber Commissions from Participant's designated bank account as provided in Exhibit "C".
