Common use of Subscriber Complaint Reports Clause in Contracts

Subscriber Complaint Reports. Within thirty (30) days of a written request and no more than once per year, Comcast shall submit to the Township a report showing the number of Complaints, as defined in Section 1(g), that required a service call, originating from the Township and received during the previous 12-month reporting period, the dates they were received, summary descriptions of the Complaints, the dates the Complaints were resolved and summary descriptions of the resolutions. In addition, and upon written request, Comcast shall provide a report containing at least the following statistical information for the previous 12-month period:
