Common use of Subscriber Fee Clause in Contracts

Subscriber Fee. Subject to Section 3.3, Subscriber shall pay to WCMRC the current annual subscriber fee as posted on WCMRC’s website as of the Effective Date (the “Subscriber Fee”) together with all applicable Taxes payable in connection with the Subscriber Fee in accordance with Section 3.2.
