Subscriber of Record. CenturyLink shall recognize CLEC as the Subscriber of Record for all Network Elements or services for resale ordered by CLEC and shall send all notices, invoices, and information which pertain to such ordered services directly to CLEC. CLEC will provide CenturyLink with addresses to which CenturyLink shall send all such notices, invoices, and information.
