Subscriber Relationship Clause Samples

Subscriber Relationship. HTI shall have primary responsibility for managing the relationship with Subscribers. HTI’s responsibilities will include: (1) executing Subscriber Agreements (containing all disclosures required by all applicable Laws) (with such assistance as is to be provided by DCC as set forth herein), (2) handling all account management functions in accordance with Exhibit B hereto, and (3) dealing with all customer billing matters.
Subscriber Relationship. Customer desires to purchase the Services and resell the Services to Subscribers. Nothing in this Agreement or otherwise will create, or be deemed to create, any connection, contractual or otherwise, between Provider and the Subscribers. Customer shall be responsible for the management of Subscribers and related compliance obligations, including, without limitation, Subscriber solicitation, service requests, creditworthiness, customer service, billing and collection, regulatory compliance, “Know Your Customer” obligations, and license agreements or fees. In addition, Customer is solely responsible for collecting from its Subscribers any payment of applicable federal, state, local, or other governmental sales, use, excise, public utility, or other taxes; regulatory fees and charges now in force or enacted in the future; or additional costs that arise from or are a result of Customer’s provision of services to its Subscribers.
Subscriber Relationship. As a Service Provider, Ting, or a contracted service provider, and not the City, shall be responsible for all aspects of the customer relationship involving Subscribers to retail Services provided by Ting or a contracted service provider, as set forth in this subsection.
