Sales & Marketing. The parties agree to develop and maintain a jointly defined and mutually agreed Sales & Marketing Plan which will guide how parties will collaborate to develop a Sales & Marketing Strategy for the developed technology, and how parties will collaborate to perform certain Sales and Marketing activities.

Sales & Marketing. Unless otherwise specified in a Marketing Addendum, Reseller shall use commercially reasonable efforts to market and promote use of the Services. Reseller shall be responsible for being knowledgeable about the Services, including the technical aspects and language related thereto, and Reseller shall assign Reseller appropriate employees to participate in any technical, sales and service training with respect to the Services as required by ZealiD from time to time. Reseller shall provide appropriate account management and provide quarterly business reviews with the Reseller Customer regarding the Services to promote Customer success and satisfaction. ZealiD shall provide any Service related reports and or analytics regarding the Reseller Customer Service use. Upon request from ZealiD, Reseller shall provide evidence of such account management activities.
Sales & Marketing. 11.1. Distributor shall actively market the Product in the Territory. 11.2. Distributor shall, provide and maintain a proper and sufficient sales force. 11.3. Distributors shall submit to Manufacturer for written pre-approval all written sales and marketing materials to be used by Distributor. 11.4. Manufacturer shall, at its own expense, provide Distributor with electronic copies of marketing and technical information concerning the Product, brochures, instructional material, advertising literature, and other Product data. Distributor is responsible for reproducing this material at its own expense unless otherwise negotiated with Manufacturer. 11.5. Manufacturer shall inform Distributor of new product developments that are competitive with the Product and other market information and competitive information as discovered by Manufacturer from time to time.

Distributor is responsible for reproducing this material at its own expense unless otherwise negotiated with Manufacturer. 11.5 Manufacturer shall inform Distributor of new product developments that are competitive with the Products and other market information and competitive information as discovered by Manufacturer from time to time. 11.6 Distributor shall neither advertise the Products outside the Territory nor actively solicit sales from purchasers located outside the Territory, without the prior written consent of Manufacturer, except it may advertise the Products on its website(s) and solicit sales from purchasers that call after visiting the website. If a potential purchaser is located in a territory outside the Territory, Distributor will provide the contact information to Manufacturer to pursue. 11.7 If and when Manufacturer receives any inquiries regarding Products from a prospective buyer in the Territory, Manufacturer will inform the prospective buyer that there is an authorized agent in the Territory and will immediately forward to Distributor the contact information for the prospective buyer.
Sales & Marketing. The agent endeavors in his country to promote and develop the sales of each other services. Each agent will exchange Sales Leads and Routing Orders; specify the other agent’s name in Letters of Credit, Purchase Orders and Shipping Instructions and insert the other agents’ name in all Waybills as notify party. This will enable each other to handle shipments without difficulties and gain additional business. Each partner to provide a reasonable number of QUALIFIED sales leads during the course of each year. Sales Leads must be actioned and replied to within 21 days. All Sales Leads and Routing Orders must be sent in the CPN format.
Sales & Marketing. D agrees to make the following efforts to promote: > Make sales presentations consistent with M’s claims of performance on sales literature and not exaggerate any performance claims. > Offer product sizing assistance to customers based on M’s formulas & recommendations > Offer “first call” support service to all customers to evaluate installation or performance problems Marketing programs such as the E-Z Advantage Program, Key Dealer and Co-op program will only be available to Authorized Dealers.

Sales & Marketing. DJL agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to market and sell the Products and agrees that its marketing efforts will be of high quality, in good taste, and will use its best efforts to ensure the professional image and reputation of avVaa and the Products. DJL also represents to conduct business in a manner that reflects favorably on the quality image of avVaa and its Products. The sole focus of DJL will be to implement and execute sales and marketing objectives based upon avVaa's Business Plan. DJL will interface with Dr. Moore and xxx Xxxxxfire Group to insure their marketing and sales efforts are being executed in a timely manner to insure implementation of avVaa's business objectives.
