SUBSCRIBER TELEVISION SETS. The Licensee shall not engage directly or indirectly in the business of selling or repairing television or radio sets; provided, however, that the Licensee may make adjustments to television sets in the course of normal maintenance.
SUBSCRIBER TELEVISION SETS. In the event the Massachusetts General Laws are amended to remove this provision of the law, this Section shall be null and void.
SUBSCRIBER TELEVISION SETS. Pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 166A, Section 5(d), the Licensee shall not engage directly or indirectly in the business of selling or repairing television or radio sets, provided, however, that the Licensee may make adjustments to Subscriber television sets in the course of normal maintenance.
SUBSCRIBER TELEVISION SETS. To the extent prohibited by law, Franchisee shall not engage directly or indirectly in the business of selling or repairing television or radio sets; provided, however, that Franchisee may make adjustments to television sets in the course of normal maintenance.
SUBSCRIBER TELEVISION SETS. To the extent required by law, Licensee, its agents or employees acting on behalf of Licensee, shall not engage directly or indirectly in the business of selling or repairing television or radio sets.
SUBSCRIBER TELEVISION SETS. To the extent prohibited by law, Licensee shall not engage directly or indirectly in the business of selling or repairing television or radio sets provided, however, that the Licensee may make adjustments to television sets in the course of normal maintenance.
