The Promoter shall maintain a subscriber's account for the Subscriber in which will be recorded; a) Subscriber Contributions made by or on behalf of the Subscriber in respect of the Beneficiary pursuant to Subsection 7(a); b) the balance in the Grant account, including the amount of all Grants received from the government, and the portion of Educational Assistance Payments made from the Plan that is attributable to the Grants; c) refunds of Subscriber Contributions to the Subscriber made pursuant to Section 11;
